A traditional garlic salt blend with a spooky twist. This Turkeywoods Farm favorite blends our farm-harvested ghost chili peppers with sea salt and ground garlic. The heat factor is not overwhelming but adds a nice spark that goes well just about everything. Try it on eggs, baked squash, sweet corn, salad, fresh vegetables, popcorn, garlic bread, or use as a dry rub. Note that the salt should be kept tightly capped, as sea salt tends to absorb moisture at high humidity due to higher amounts of healthy potassium and magnesium. Should your salt become a solid in the container, simple scrape it up with a fork.
